Supercell Cloud Hovers Above Wyoming Highway

A supercell moved across parts of eastern Wyoming on July 19, bringing intense wind and large hailstones to the area.

Pawnee Storm Chasers were driving in Lance Creek, Wyoming, and captured video footage of the supercell as it loomed over a highway.

One Twitter user referred to the hail as “gorilla hail,” saying it was large enough to break his windshield.
