Yahoo News Superdrug to open new extra large Lakeside store this week creating 7 new jobs
Superdrug is set to open its new expanded store in an Essex shopping centre this week. The store will open on Friday (April 26) in Lakeside Shopping Centre in Thurrock, measuring in at 7,669 square feet.
The expanded store will be stocking the latest health and beauty products, everyday toiletries, beauty treatments and luxury fragrances, including B. Skin, Me+, Vitamin E, Optimum and Naturally Radiant. There will also be beauty care products from the likes of Relove by Revolution and MUA, as well as trending brands including Morphe 2 and Avon.
Shoppers can also find their go-to scent at the store’s new fragrance counter, with perfume and aftershave by premium brands such as YSL, Viktor & Rolf, Giorgio Armani, Prada and Valentino. The new store also has its own beauty studio area, where shoppers can access professional treatments such as eyebrow, lash, nail and piercing services.

The store will also be offering nurses services such as travel vaccinations and advice, Shingles, Chickenpox and other vaccinations as well as health testing and checks. The expansion to the store has created seven new jobs, Superdrug said.
