Yahoo News Susan is stunned by Izzy's plan for Karl
Karl is shocked by Izzy's request, but she swiftly clarifies that it does not involve wanting him back – she simply wants him to father a second baby who can be a biological sibling to Holly. She urges Karl to broach it with Susan. Instead, Karl confides in Toadie about Izzy's 'proposal' and his concern that refusing it could affect the hospital donation. Toadie advises him to get more information from Izzy.
When Susan does her own detective work in Izzy's hotel room, she demands to know the meaning of the pregnancy pamphlets she has. Karl decides the truth is the only option, so he tells Susan that Izzy has asked him to father another baby. Susan assumes Karl said no, but when Karl hesitates to answer, she realises he's considering it.
Meanwhile, Mark and Piper are thrown when Toadie informs them that Tyler has decided to go through with the transfer to an Adelaide prison. Aaron is less so, suspecting the backflip is a result of Ben tipping Tyler off about his deal with Adrian. Tyler confirms it when the brothers arrive at the prison to say goodbye and assures them it's for the best.
A desperate Piper also conceives a last-ditch attempt to see her love before he leaves – she'll pretend to be Paige to get in. However, en route, the car's alternator fails and Piper is stranded by the side of the road. Her hopes of seeing Tyler one last time are dashed.
Elsewhere, Yashvi is urged to consider her future career, but nothing seems to appeal.
