The rapper was outside a motorsports store on Monday in Miami when two armed men approached him in what is believed to be a robbery. After the shooting, the men fled in an SUV.

This week, mourning the embattled rapper has been controversial in itself in light of his 2016 arrest on various charges that include "witness tampering and aggravated battery of a pregnant woman", according to the New York Times.

Meanwhile, old videos of the rapper discussing his death have gone viral and confused fans.
