Speculation that the famed ladies' man tied the knot with his longterm girlfriend Jennifer Goicoechea first surfaced when court records acquired by PEOPLE revealed the Grammy winner, 45, and the music executive received a marriage license in Clark County, Nevada on Thursday, Feb. 8.

After the big game, the pair stepped out together in Las Vegas, and Usher was photographed wearing what appeared to be a gold band on his left ring finger.

Now, mere hours after delivering a show-stopping Super Bowl Halftime Show at Allegiant Stadium, PEOPLE confirmed the "Moving Mountains" singer is officially hitched.

Following his big performance, Usher and Goicoechea stepped out wearing coordinating black and white ensembles for his Coming Home album release party.

Sweet Moments

Speaking with PEOPLE exclusively earlier this week, the Super Bowl 2024 halftime show performer opened up about his relationship with Goicoechea, with whom he shares daughter Sovereign and son Sire.

"Listen, when you find someone that you know is a great partner, of course it is an honor and a pleasure to be able to share life with someone who wants to share it with you and loves you, who you are," he said.

"We've obviously made a commitment to life for life together because of our children," Usher continued. "It wouldn't be odd for us to get married. We already did here. You know what I'm saying?"

The pair were first linked together when they attended Keith Thomas' 40th birthday celebration back in 2019.

Keeping it Simple

Goicoechea posted a rare pic of the two together in celebration of the Grammy winner's 45th birthday last October. "Happy Birthday to my Homie Lover Friend ♥️" she wrote in her caption.

Coordinating in black and white once again, the lovebirds looked as happy as ever as they attended Vanity Fair's buzzy Oscar Party together back in 2023.

Bound Forever

Usher and Goicoechea share two kids. The pair welcomed daughter Sovereign Bo on Sept. 24, 2020 and son Sire Castrello on Sept. 20, 2021.

Usher also has two older sons — Usher V, 16 and Naviyd Ely, 15 — whom he shares with ex-wife Tameka Foster.

When Usher received his honorary doctorate degree from the Berklee College of Music last spring, his number one fan was celebrating right along with him.
