T.I. and Tiny Harris sued for sexual assault and battery

A woman has accused T.I. and Tiny Harris of sexual assault in a new lawsuit.

According to legal documents obtained by TMZ on Wednesday, the plaintiff - who filed as Jane Doe - is suing the celebrity couple for sexual assault and battery as well as negligence and false imprisonment.

The woman has claimed she met the rapper, born Clifford Harris Jr., and his singer-songwriter wife Tiny, at a Los Angeles nightclub in 2005.

Doe alleged Tiny, also known as Tameka Cottle, handed her a drink at the venue and that she later travelled with the pair to a hotel room.

She reported feeling "extremely shocked and uncomfortable" after the pair allegedly joined her in the shower and then "extremely dizzy and lightheaded".

Doe also alleged T.I. watched porn and demanded she rub him down with massage oil while Tiny began placing her naked body on her.

In addition, she claimed T.I. then penetrated her vagina with his toe and she told him "no" and tried to push him away.

The woman stated that she eventually vomited and passed out until the following morning.

Doe alleged she woke the next day with her vagina "in serious pain".

In response, T.I. and Tiny have denied all allegations.

"For three years, we have emphatically and categorically denied these allegations," they said in statement. "For three years, we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn't do. For three years, we've maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again. Our position is clear... We are innocent of these fake claims, we will not be shaken down, and we look forward to our day in court."

T.I. and Tiny have been together since 2001 and wed in 2010.
