Shares of Target (TGT) soared more than 15% after the retailer posted better-than-expected third-quarter results. In the tech world, Microsoft (MSFT) debuted its first AI chip, called the Maia 100. The company also unveiled a chip for cloud computing. Trending tickers on Yahoo Finance include intel (INTC), Nio (NIO), and Alibaba (BABA).
