Wynyard is Teesside's "Millionaire’s Row", with more £1 million property sales than anywhere else in our region.

There were over 14,000 houses sold for over £1million across England and Wales between the start of April 2023 and the end of March 2024. That's according to exclusive analysis of the latest Land Registry data by the Reach Data Unit. Almost half of these properties, 49%, were in London.

However, five houses in Teesside were sold for over £1million in the last 12 months. Four of those were in the Wynyard area, and one was in Stainton.

The most expensive of them was on Wellington Drive and cost its new owners £1.4m. The property was sold on July 14, 2023.
