We would like to hear from people who have not yet been paid the £150 council tax rebate designed to help offset rising gas and electricity costs – either because they still need to apply or because something has gone wrong.

The council rebate, which was designed for band A-D homes, has been paid to direct debit customers automatically, but councils have been taking different approaches to getting the money to other customers. If you have had any issues, you can tell us using the form below.
