Tequila! Impromptu Sax Performance Delights Train Passengers

Passengers on a late train out of Leeds on Saturday night, February 10, were treated to an impromptu saxophone concert that was so engaging, the saxophonist reportedly missed his stop.

Video filmed by Emma Star shows the moment a man with a saxophone obliged the urges of a cheering train car, playing “Tequila” and “The Pink Panther Theme” as other passengers sang along.

“A group of my friends spotted a man with a saxophone case on the last train home from Leeds – Harrogate, and we asked him to play us a tune. Suddenly the whole train carriage turned into a party! Mr Duffy was the sax player, he was a retired music teacher. He missed his stop from playing,” Star told Storyful. Credit: Emma Star via Storyful
