Gary has taken the shocking step of approaching Terese's discredited brother Nick Petrides to ask for his help in the treatment of her breast cancer. When Terese reluctantly goes to see him, Nick confirms that her prognosis isn't good and suggests a new treatment option, but he can't oversee it from inside prison.
Nick explains that the last time his application for parole was due, Paul blocked it, but a personal appeal from Terese could swing things. However, Paul refuses to cooperate. Later, Terese finds an ally in Clive, who offers to put in a good word with the parole board for Nick.
Meanwhile, Elly suspects teacher Wayne Baxter of being 'IncogNitro'. To obtain the evidence, she tries to trick him into handing over his laptop. When she fails, Piper and Xanthe devise a plan to trap him by sending 'IncogNitro' a direct message on the gaming forum.
Later, Yashvi is on a date with Evan and discovers that he's the real culprit behind 'IncogNitro'. Abruptly terminating the date, she locks herself in Evan's car. Furious, he rants and raves as he prowls around. As Yashvi backs up, there is a loud thump. Panicking that she's hit Evan, she drives off into the night.
