Product recall warnings have been issued for certain items sold at two major supermarkets Tesco and Aldi due to potential safety risks. Shoppers are being urged not to consume these products.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) has alerted customers that Tesco is recalling a particular relish because of the possible presence of glass. Meanwhile, Aldi has withdrawn two steak products from its shelves as they carry incorrect use-by dates, reports Chronicle Live.

Customers who have purchased these items can return them to the store for a full refund. Customers of both supermarkets are advised to check their fridges for these recalled products. Notices will be displayed in all stores informing shoppers about the recalls.
