Tesco superfan Lizzie Proctor is the ultimate fan of supermarket meal deals - after getting one tattooed on her leg.

Loyal Lizzie, from Bournemouth, inked a picture of her favourite lunch - a chicken wrap, crisps and Lucozade - just above her right ankle.

The 22-year-old is a self-confessed 'meal deal queen', and claimed she bought the same lunch everyday for the past two years.

Ms Proctor has spent £2,190 in the past year on the £3 lunch which she insisted has 'changed her life'.

Her regular combo is a southern friend chicken wrap, cheese and onion crisps and an orange Lucozade.

She said: 'I started out at Sainsbury’s, then Morrisons, M&S and a bunch of other places but nothing ever hit the spot.

'Then I went to Tesco and they had the one that blew my mind.

'I used to be quite plain and just eat egg, but I saw the southern fried chicken wrap and oh my god, my life changed.

'From that day onwards that was it, I decided that was the meal I was going to have to eat for the rest of my life – every day.

'I have bought one every day for the last two years, it has been pure dedication and it got so bad that even if I was hungover or too tired to leave the house, I would get my housemates to go and get me one.

'Literally every day, even if I didn’t have any money, I would somehow get the money together to get one.

'I got the tattoo a few weeks ago, my parents just rolled their eyes like for ‘for god’s sake’.

'My friends couldn’t believe I had taken it this far, they were showing everyone, they kept tagging me in posts online all over the place.'

Tesco has since got in touch with Ms Proctor and sent her a goodie bag thanking her for her purchases.

However, the 22-year-old said she would have preferred if they had given her more meal deals.

She said: 'They sent me an email and just told me they wanted to thank me, but they also sent me a mystery box full of crisps and chocolate as well as a thank you card.

'I appreciated it of course, but they could have at least sent the meal deal that I loved so much, or a £10 voucher to buy a few of them.'
