'The Neverending Property!' Bizarre Rightmove ad pays tribute to 80s cult classic
A property listing on Rightmove is standing out from the crowd thanks to a video tour featuring the theme tune from The Neverending Story.
Property listings are ten-a-penny, but one is standing out from the crowd thanks to an unusual approach to advertising it.
At first glance, the Rightmove listing for the five-bedroom property looks the same as any other, covering its layout, attributes and location.
But as you scroll through the photographs for the £700,000 home in Hockliffe, Leighton Buzzard in Bedfordshire, potential buyers are greeted with a video tour sung to the tune from 1984 film The Neverending Story.
Rather than a conventional walk-through, the video - titled 'The never ending property' - features a woman performing a version of the famous theme tune, swapping its words for a description of the property.
The song covers the features within the property, which is called The Laurels, including its air source heat pump and solar panels, as well as the fact it has its own dog grooming business attached.
The woman isn't the only star of the show, with a clip showing someone curled up in bed to show that the property's proximity to a road won't affect the people inside, and there is even an appearance from a dog in the grooming salon.

According to Rightmove, the property is being marketed by Just-Knock, part of Keller Williams estate agents.
The text declares that the home, which has five reception rooms and five double bedrooms, will "tick all those important boxes" and "has it all".
It says: "As you enter this property the period features will really hit you. Stunning beams throughout and open fireplaces, perfect for a cosy night in.
"This property has a large newly fitted kitchen with a gorgeous snug to the side, through into a dining room fit for any banquet!"
The property has a games room as well as a dog grooming room, plus a hot tub and double garage.
It is located in Hockliffe, a village around three miles out of Leighton Buzzard, with excellent links to the A5 and M1 as well as a short drive to Leighton Buzzard station.
