‘This Morning’ viewers touched as Holly Willoughby offers printer to home-schooling mum
Holly Willoughby has been praised by This Morning viewers after offering to send a printer to a single mum trying to home-school without one.
The presenter – a mother of three – made the kind offer live on air after she and co-host Phillip Schofield were moved by a woman who called in to the ITV show.
The woman said she had three children and that all of them had to use their one laptop for home-schooling during the coronavirus lockdown.

Making matters even harder was the fact she didn’t have a working printer.
But Willoughby, 39, told her: “Do you know what? I’ve got a spare printer at home. I’m going to bring it in tomorrow. Give us your address. I actually have a spare printer.
“Mine broke, I ordered a new one and the other one kicked back into life, and all I keep doing when I’m sitting at my desk is banging my leg on it.
“You can have that printer.

“I’ll bring it in tomorrow and you can have it, so that’s sorted your printer out. It’s not much, but it’s a printer.”
Viewers were touched by the TV star’s gesture.
One posted on Twitter: “Beautiful. As was your personal offer of your old printer to help the lady trying to home-school 3 children. You’re beautiful inside and out Holly. You’re way more than ‘a celebrity’... you’re simply wonderful.”
Another posted: “What a lovely thing you did for that women. Giving her your printer. What a kind heart you have.”
