This Morning's Dr Ranj broke the very serious news to the reality star after an examination on the show revealed his BMI (Body Mass Index) was in the mid-40s, which means he is “significantly obese” and at risk of developing Type-2 Diabetes and heart disease.
He told Arg: “Anything I say is out of love, but it is tough love... Long term, you need to lose 10 stone to get back towards that normal range, and you need to lose 17 inches off your waist.”

Dr Ranj recommended losing "sensible" two pounds in weight loss per week by substantially cutting down calorie intake.
Arg said that he knew he’d put on a "substantial" amount of weight when he started getting more trolling on social media.
He said: “My friends have always had a laugh and joke about my love of food and the fact I've always been a bit of a chubby, but now it's got to the point where no-one's laughing anymore.”
He added that he’d had weight problems since his teenage years, and while he wan’t binge-drinking on nights out anymore, he was staying in and comfort-eating.
Arg went on to say that has lost a lot of weight in the past when he has tried to, and has now decided to start boxing again.
Former TOWIE co-star Mark Wright appeared via video link to wish him good luck losing weight.
Arg went on to add that on/off girlfriend Gemma Collins was not a factor in his weight gain.
He stated that although they're separated right now, he hopes they will get back together soon.
