This seemingly ordinary house for sale has an amazing secret inside

Never judge a book by its cover.

And never judge a house by its exterior.

If you did that, you might miss out on something spectacular.

You certainly would with this home in the village of Terrington St Clement, Norfolk, which is currently on sale on property website Rightmove.co.uk.

The house is pretty from the outside, but that’s nothing compared to what you’ll find once you go beyond the front door.

This house has its own indoor skate ramp.

Uh… what? (Picture: Rightmove)

On the house’s listing on Rightmove, potential buyers are told it has a “modern kitchen and bathroom”, “good access to Kings Lynn” and, oh yes, a “skate bowl in main hall area”.

As these pictures from Rightmove show, the skate ramp is absolutely huge.

The property is a converted village hall and former youth club and could be split into more than one dwelling.

The house is on sale for £200,000.

“The current owner uses part of the property his home and the front half of the building which was the main hall has been converted into a skate bowl,” the listing says.
