Three Aston Villa games selected for TV including Arsenal clash

Three of Aston Villa's Premier League fixtures in August and September have been rearranged.

The club's first home game of the top-flight campaign against Arsenal will now be shown live on Sky Sports at 5:30pm on Saturday, August 24. The following month, Everton's visit to Villa Park - the club's second home league game of the season - remains on Saturday, September 14 but will now kick-off at 5:30pm and will also be shown live on Sky Sports.

Villa are playing at 5:30pm on the opening day of the season against West Ham on Sky Sports, but their second away game against Leicester City - between the home games against Leicester and Everton - will not be shown live and remains a 3pm kick-off on Saturday, August 31.

After Villa face Everton at home, they'll entertain Wolves at Vill Park, but it will not be shown live and also remains a 3pm kick-off on Saturday, September 21.

The following weekend, Villa will travel to Portman Road to face Ipswich for their sixth league game of the campaign. The match has been changed for broadcast and currently, it'll kick-off at 2pm on Sunday, September 29 for a 2pm kick-off live on Sky Sports.

However, this match will be moved back to Saturday, September 28 at 8pm if Villa are scheduled to play in the Champions League the following Tuesday.
