Myrtle Beach local David Parrotta captured timelapse footage showing a glowing sunrise over South Carolina’s Atlantic coast on February 21.

“Good Morning Myrtle,” Parrotta wrote on X, where he shared the video of the scene on Wednesday.

The weather forecast for the area on Wednesday indicated it would be mostly sunny with a possibility of showers on Thursday, the National Weather Service said. Credit: David Parrotta via Storyful
