Tom Holland fans can bag theatre tickets to the West End's most sought-after show of the summer from today, as Romeo & Juliet goes on sale.
But how can you make sure you are one of the lucky people to secure tickets for the play that everyone will be talking about?
Tom Holland is set to make his West End return as Romeo in a new adaptation of Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet at Duke of York's Theatre in Leicester Square from Saturday, 11 May to Saturday, 3 August.
How to get Romeo & Juliet tickets
It's exciting news for Holland fans that there will be a chance to see him live, and now you can secure your tickets as the sale opened on Tuesday morning.
Those signed up for priority booking and ATG+ members were able to buy their tickets from 8am on Tuesday, 13 February, while the general sale began at 12pm with tickets starting at £25.
Fans should be warned that tickets have been very popular so far, as one person commented on X: "waited in the tom holland romeo & juliet queue for over 3 hours just for there to only be the £125+ tickets left i don’t have that kinda money i’m sorry."
Someone else added: "Still another 10,000 in front of me in this Romeo and Juliet queue I’m praying to the gods of Tom Holland I get some," while another fan wrote: "getting tickets to tom holland’s romeo & juliet is starting to feel like eras tour trauma."
Who will star alongside Tom Holland?
So far, only Holland has been announced for the cast in Shakespeare's tale of star-crossed lovers, with his doomed love Juliet's casting still to come.
Director Jamie Lloyd said: "Tom Holland is one of the greatest, most exciting young actors in the world. It is an honour to welcome him back to the West End."
People have been sharing on social media that they are keen to find out who Holland's co-star will be, as one person wrote on X: "Who will be playing Juliet? I'm hoping Emma Watson."
Someone else joked that they hoped he would star opposite girlfriend Zendaya, writing: "2 hours in a queue to get tickets for Tom Holland and Jamie Lloyd's Romeo and Juliet. Zendaya better be in it."
What else is Tom Holland starring in?
Holland's star career began in London's West End when he was just nine years old and was cast in the lead role in Billy Elliot the Musical.
Since then, his most noted films have included Avengers and Spider-Man instalments, and he recently starred in Apple TV series The Crowded Room, a psychological thriller based on the real life case of a man arrested for a New York City shooting in the 1970s.
He said that he had found the show so taxing that he needed to take a year off, explaining last summer: "It was a tough time, for sure. We were exploring certain emotions that I have definitely never experienced before. And then on top of that, being a producer, dealing with the day-to-day problems that come with any film set, just added that extra level of pressure.
"I'm now taking a year off, and that is a result of how difficult this show was."
