Robinson, real name Stephen Yaxley-Lennon has been supported by Ukip leader Gerard Batten and is an adviser on topics such as rape gangs and prison reform.
Despite the role, he is still banned from joining the party.
He will stand for MEP as an independent candidate.

He said he will fight against the ‘Islamification of Britain’ and branded Brexit party leader Nigel Farage as ‘another millionaire stockbroker who looks down at the working classes’.

Brexit Party leads the polls ahead of EU elections in huge blow for Tories and Labour
Nigel Farage claims Parliament needs to ‘fear the electorate’
In a statement on his website, he wrote: ‘They’re laughing at us. All of them — Theresa May, Jeremy Corbyn, the European Union bureaucrats.
‘17.4 million of us voted for Brexit, but they don’t care about people like us.
‘They’ve tried to silence us, and they took away our democratic rights by betraying Brexit.
‘The election on 23rd May is how we fight back. Put me right inside the EU and they won’t know what hit them.
‘They’ll long for the days when it was just Nigel Farage.’
Continuing he said: ‘I’m with the people — the armed forces; the families who have suffered from Muslim rape gangs; the working class people who have been left behind economically.
‘People who have been mocked by the elites, who were told they just don’t count.’
