Tornado-spawning storms tore through southern Missouri on Sunday, May 26, bringing baseball-sized hail and damaging gusts reaching 80mph.

Local emergency response teams urged Texas County residents to get to shelters on Sunday evening, as a number of storm cells moved into the area.
