Tornado Siren Blares in Northwest Iowa
A tornado watch was in effect for several counties in Iowa on Tuesday, April 16, as severe weather moved through the region.
Video captured by Jamie Tooker shows a dark cloud hovering over Orange City, northeast of Sioux City, as a tornado siren blares.
