Trains won't stop at Wembley Stadium station for the Taylor Swift's Eras Tour due to fears of overcrowding. On Saturday and Sunday (June 22 and 23) services will be halted from the National Rail station at Wembley Stadium.

This is because there will be no direct service from Euston to Birmingham New Street due to unrelated engineering works. As a result, Chiltern Railways is running extra trains between Birmingham Moor Street and Marylebone.

As a result, none of Chiltern Railways trains stopping at Wembley Stadium station will be going ahead.

A Chiltern Railways spokesperson explained: "Unfortunately, it's not possible for services to call at Wembley Stadium as well as providing the additional capacity needed between London Marylebone and Birmingham Moor Street. We're sorry for the inconvenience this will cause."

Taylor Swift's first London concert on Friday, June 21, won't be affected but fans travelling to her other two shows over the weekend may need to plan alternative routes.

National Rail has also warned these services connecting the Midlands and London will be extremely busy as Swifties travel to see the global superstar perform in Wembley.

No trains will call at Kings Sutton, Hatton and Lapworth on the route to London, while there also won't be a service between Marylebone and Aylesbury Vale Parkway (via Amersham) all day. Rail replacement buses are available.
