Traveler Misery Continues at Dubai Airport After Record Rainfall

Flights continued to be “delayed and disrupted” at Dubai International Airport on April 18, days after the heaviest rain in decades caused havoc in the UAE.

There was some light at the end of the tunnel, however, as flights into Terminal 1 and check-in for flights out of Terminal 3 resumed on Thursday, the airport said.

The airport said food was distributed to passengers at Terminal 1 and 2, with travelers at Terminal 3 able to purchase food from restaurants using vouchers.
