Watch: Truck tips over BACKWARDS after driver overloads it with boxes

This is the embarrassing moment a driver’s truck tipped over BACKWARDS on a bridge after he overloaded it with boxes.

The delivery man stacked goods up to 10ft high in the back of his white Toyota pick up truck in a bid to cut down on the amount of journeys he needed to do.

But after driving up a small bridge over a canal in Pathum Thani, Thailand, the vehicle fell over backwards and he was “lifted in the air like a sea saw”.

Rescue workers eventually arrived to sort the whole situation out – but not before onlookers captured the scene.

A spokesman for the Ruamkatanyu Foundation, a local rescue group, said: ”This was an easy one to solve, we just unloaded some of the boxes and lifted the car back again.

”The driver was embarrassed. He was lifted in the air like a sea saw and had to jump down.

And the car suffered some scratches.

”He had been trying to save time by putting on too many boxes.”

The spokesman added: “Next time he’ll be careful not to overload his truck, particularly when he is going over bridges.”
