This segment is a platform-by-platform guide of the biggest shows to expect in the year ahead, including FX’s Shogun, Amazon’s Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Apple’s Masters of the Air, HBO’s The Sympathizer and Netflix’s 3 Body Problem, among several others.
3. Critic’s Corner
As usual, we end with Dan’s thoughts on this week’s new and returning series. In this episode, he weighs in on Netflix’s Brothers Sun and Fox’s Grimsburg. A special bonus: Dan, just back from London, shares his thoughts on the Stranger Things stage play and Lesley offers her two cents on the best holiday movies of 2023.
