Ava Capri (Do Revenge, Love, Victor) will portray Noa’s former juvie cell mate Jen, who lands back at school among the titular liars and draws Noa into messy drama; National Treasure: Edge of History’s Antonio Cipriano will recur as Johnny, a self-described player who melts Imogen’s heart while working alongside her at Millwood’s Ice Creamery; Station 19’s Noah Alexander Gerry joins as Christian, the New York transplant who works with Tabby at the Orpheum, where they strike up a romance straight out of a horror flick; and Loretta Ables Sayre (The White Lotus, Beyond the Break) will play Lola, Mouse’s grandmother who becomes concerned when her granddaughter gets involved in a “Creepypasta-like online community.”
The new season, which will hit Max this spring, finds life a lot more complicated for Imogen, Minnie, Noa, Tabby and Faran after surviving “A” in Season 1. “A new villain (who may or may not have a connection to ‘A’) has come to town and is going to put them all to the test,” the synopsis reads.
