Two people were arrested after police searched a house in Wirral.

Merseyside Police officers responded to suspicious activity at a home on Baffin Close, in Leasowe, at around 11am today (May 4). A search was carried out and a quantity of suspected Class A and B drugs - namely cocaine and cannabis - was found.

A 23-year-old woman and a 25-year-old man from Wirral have been arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A and B drugs. They are in police custody to be questioned.
