Two killed in failed $32m airport heist in Santiago

Two people have been killed in a failed attempt to steal more than $32m (£27m) in cash from a plane at an airport in Chile.The heist saw around 10 heavily armed robbers beat security measures to reach the runway at the Arturo Merino Benitez International Airport in the country’s capital Santiago, where $32.5 million in cash was being transferred from an aircraft to an armoured truck, said interior sub-secretary Manuel Monsalve.
