Two men arrested after cannabis grow of over 1,000 plants discovered on Grimsby Docks

Two men are in police custody after a cannabis grow of more than 1,000 plants was discovered in Grimsby.

While carrying out a misuse of drugs act warrant at a property on Hutton Road this morning (Friday, May 10), officers discovered a suspected cannabis grow of approximately 1,031 plants.

Two men, aged 36 and 41, were arrested at the scene on suspicion of being concerned in the production of cannabis. Both remain in custody while police continue with their enquiries, and a scene guard remains in place to allow for seizure of the plants.
