Tyson Fury's father John Fury was left bruised and bloody after a clash just days ahead of his son's boxing match with Oleksandr Usyk.

The two heavyweight champions will vie for all four belts in Saudi Arabia at the weekend: an encounter that was meant to have been staged in February, but had to be cancelled and rescheduled three months later after Tyson cut himself during a sparring session. The trouble kicked off shortly after Usyk arrived in the Kingdom, with a member of his team reportedly clashing with John Fury.

The incident came in Riyadh for the media day before the fight and picked up on the arguing between the two camps. Footage shows a pair from Team Usyk confronting John, with calls of "Fury" and "Usyk" echoing from their respective groups. It is believed John headbutted one of Usyk's entourage, resulting in blood streaming down his forehead.

John was heard defiantly stating to Usyk's crew: "We ain't going nowhere, we don't go nowhere!" John didn't stand alone in his anger - Tyson's brother Shane was similarly irate in his condemnation: "Is that not f****ng daft? Stupid b*****d, show some respect. Is that not silly getting in someone's face you f****g p***k."
