Yahoo News The Undateables viewers think star came up with best first date question ever
The Undateables gave us some much-needed wholesome TV tonight (March 25) and quite possibly the most adorable first date question ever.
Looking for love this time were Lily and Rob, whose first date was a trip to a country house where they could enjoy afternoon tea.
The date started well, with Rob bringing a huge bouquet of flowers for Lily. But when the pair sat down for tea, things got a little awkward with neither knowing what to say.

That was until Rob thought of the perfect question for his potential love match, asking her: "Do you like otters?"
Many people on Twitter were quick to brand it the 'best first date question' and add it to their own list of chat-up lines.

One viewer wrote: "I feel like not enough people ask if the other one likes otters on a first date," while another added: "You had me at 'do you like otters?'"

Lily didn't actually give a yes or no answer to the otter question, instead responding: "They live in the sea, don't they?"
Rob said yes and added that he also likes river otters, before explaining: "Otters hold hands when they sleep to stop them from drifting apart."
He ended up making quite an impression on Lily and she declared it her "best date ever," saying he "ticked all the boxes".
The pair finished off by exchanging phone numbers and saying they would start off as friends and see how things go. Otter-ly adorable!
The Undateables airs Wednesday nights at 9pm on Channel 4.
