Unexplained death of man in Perth to probed by cops

Cops have launched a probe after the 'unexplained death' of a man in Perth.

Officers were called to Glenearn Road in the city at around 2:20pm today, Saturday, May 18, following the sudden death.

Police say the death is being treated as unexplained and their inquiries remain ongoing.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Officers were called to an address in Glenearn Road, Perth at around 2.20pm on Saturday, May 18, following the sudden death of a man.

“The death is being treated as unexplained and inquiries are ongoing.”
