Unitas wants six apprentices - here's how to apply

Maintenance firm Unitas Stoke-on-Trent is recruiting six apprentices. The company maintains and repairs 17,500 council houses and hundreds of public buildings for Stoke-on-Trent City Council out of its Northwood depot.

It now has apprenticeship opportunities in its electrical, plumbing and gas engineering departments. The posts close on Friday 24 May.

Unitas employees can access free wellbeing sessions and staff training as well as benefiting from free on-site parking, 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and access to a local government pension scheme.

Unitas acting director Kevin Lowry said: “Unitas and Stoke-on-Trent City Council are committed to recruiting apprentices and they provide a vital and valuable part of our service to communities. We are very much looking forward to be welcoming six new starters into our team and look forward as they start on a new and exciting career with us.”
