Urgent appeal to find patient missing from Birmingham hospital

An appeal has been launched to find a man who has gone missing from a Birmingham hospital. Harminder left the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday (April 22) and now police are appealing to find him.

The 48-year-old left the Edgbaston hospital site sometime before 8pm. At the time he was wearing a black jacket with yellow on the back, blue jeans and white trainers.

West Midlands Police officers are concerned for his safety. They are appealing for the public’s help to trace him and urge anyone who spots him to call 999 immediately.

Harminder is said to like to ‘visit parks’ and also has connections with West Bromwich in he Black Country. In issuing the appeal, a spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “Have you seen Harminder, aged 48?

“He's gone missing from Birmingham's Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Monday (April 22) and we're worried about him. He was wearing a black jacket with yellow on the back, blue jeans and white trainers.

“Harminder likes to visit parks, and may in the West Bromwich area. Call 999 if you see him, quoting log 2876 of 22 April.”
