US Navy Says Second Oil Tanker Seized by Iran

The US Navy said Iran seized a second oil tanker within a week in Gulf waters on Wednesday, May 3.

The US Fifth Fleet said the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy conducted an “unlawful seizure” of the Panama-flagged oil tanker Niovi at 6:20 am local time in the Strait of Hormuz.
