A road was closed in Cornwall after a van flipped on its side this morning (Monday, May 6). The crash took place on the B3359 Connon Bridge, near Liskeard, at around 7am.

A picture sent to Cornwall Live shows the van on its side near the Connon Bridge Recycling Centre at East Taphouse. The road closure led to delays while the vehicle was recovered.

A witness said that police were called to the scene. They added that drivers were forced to turn around and find alternative routes.
