Vanessa Hudgens Is 'Feelin Myself' Days After Birth of Her First Baby Thanks to 'Fresh Trim n Blow Out'

The 35-year-old 'High School Musical' alum confirmed her baby news on July 4

Vanessa Hudgens is reveling in her postpartum glow.

The 35-year-old singer and actress took to Instagram to show off a new hair look days after confirming that she and husband Cole Tucker had welcomed their first baby.

"Fresh trim n blow out got me feelin myself lol," Hudgens captioned a video shared on Tuesday, July 9. In the short clip, the High School Musical alum smiles and makes a kissy face at the camera, her fresh style the center of attention. Her previously super-long locks are cut into a shorter, face-framing look and styled in a center part with bouncy waves.

The new mom wears a multicolored floral patterned top and a choker necklace with a silver heart pendant.

Fans in the comments are showering the star with compliments on her look as well as congratulating her on welcoming her baby.

"She's a hot mom!!" one user wrote. "The most beautiful mom," said another.

A third added, "You're glowing. ILY."

Hudgens confirmed her baby news via Instagram Stories on Thursday, July 4 after TMZ reported that she had given birth. On July 3, which also happened to be Tucker's 28th birthday, Hudgens and the MLB player were photographed leaving a Santa Monica hospital.

"We're disappointed that our family's privacy was disrespected and exploited during this very special time due to the greed of a long lens camera feeding the media," she wrote on Instagram, adding, "Despite all of that, mom dad and baby are happy and healthy."

The new parents have not shared the child's birthdate, sex or name.

On July 3, Hudgens shared a birthday tribute to her husband.

"Happy birthday to my slice of heaven @cotuck 🥳," Hudgens wrote on Instagram alongside a carousel of photos with the baseball player, whom she wed in December. "You make the world a brighter place just by being you ♥️🤟🏽."

The week prior, the couple had been photographed cuddled up on a date night in Beverly Hills, Calif. For the outing, Hudgens wore a tight green maxi dress which accentuated her growing belly. She accessorized with black heels, a black bag and a black blazer. Tucker kept it casual in black jeans, Vans and a white T-shirt.

Hudgens revealed her pregnancy at the Oscars in March 2024. She walked the red carpet in a black long-sleeved, floor-length dress, her growing bump on full display.
