Victoria Beckham is now selling Rolls-Royce t-shirts
The Spice Girl previously claimed she was working class
Victoria Beckham is now selling Rolls-Royce t-shirts after her viral moment from the Netflix Beckham documentary.
A clip from the series, which followed her husband David's football career and their marriage, quickly went viral when the former Spice Girl insisted she had a working class upbringing.
In the now famous scene, Victoria says: "We’re very, very working class," to which David tells her to "be honest" with him starting to interrogate her with him asking her what car her father drove her to school in.
In the end, Victoria confesses: "Okay, in the 80s, my dad had a Rolls-Royce."
Beckham, who is now a fashion designer, has decided to embrace the viral moment and posted a picture of herself in a t-shirt emblazoned with the slogan "My dad had a Rolls-Royce."
In a TikTok video revealing the shirt, Beckham says: "Now who doesn't love a slogan T-shirt? I do. And I have to say, my question for you all: What did your dad drive you to school in? My dad drove me, yes, in a Rolls-Royce."
Beckham has made the t-shirt available to purchase with it retailing for £110.
She also wrote in the caption of the post: "I can’t fight it anymore, yes my dad drove me to school in a Rolls Royce! Kisses David Beckham xx Shop the exclusive Slogan T-Shirt now."
The item description on the website reads: "Made from soft, organic cotton, the 'My Dad Had A Rolls-Royce' slogan T-shirt embodies the brand's playful side. Designed with dropped shoulder seams and a classic crew neckline, it has a relaxed fit and refined feel."
The Beckham series was released on Netflix in October and received wide praise for its depiction of the footballer and featured extensive interviews with former teammates such as Roy Keane and Gary Neville.
