Clinton Says "The Deck Is Still Stacked" in Favor of Those Already at the Top

Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton met with a handful of students and teachers at Kirkwood Community College in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, on April 14, for a roundtable discussion that touched upon the cost of college and job training. In her first official campaign appearance, Clinton positioned herself as a candidate that would fight for families and everyday Americans.

“Our economy and our country are much better off because American families have basically done whatever it took to make it work,” Clinton said. "But, I think it’s fair to say as you look across the country, the deck is still stacked in favor of those at the top and there’s something wrong with that.” Credit: YouTube/Hillary Clinton
