Heavy Rain Triggers Flooding in Brooklyn

Heavy rain triggered flash flooding in New York City on July 15, including near the Gowanus Canal. As much as two inches of rain fell in the Gowanus area of Brooklyn, according to local media. The Far Rockaways saw up to four inches of rain, according to the report.
