President Obama in Historic Meeting With President Castro in Panama

President Obama and Cuban President Raul Castro held an historic meeting in Panama on Saturday during the Summit of the Americas. In a speech, the Cuban leader spoke of a potential thaw in relations between the two nations, saying that Obama has “no responsibility” for what happened before between the United States and Cuba.
