The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live spoilers follow.

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live has revealed a final trailer for the series, which teases a reunion between Rick and Michonne.

A first clip was released earlier this month, but a final trailer has now dropped with the tagline, "Together they can burn the whole world down" – giving fans even more of an idea of what is in store in the latest spin-off of the AMC series.

Rick and Michonne were two of The Walking Dead’s most popular characters, but the pair were left separated following Rick’s kidnapping by the CRM group.

But now Andrew Lincoln and Danai Gurira are reprising their roles in a new spin-off, which comes to AMC next month, and the former partners are trying to find their way back to one another.

Rick and Michonne aren’t seen on screen together in the intense new trailer, but their eventual reunion is teased frequently.

Michonne recalls, "I lost someone, years ago. Now I’m looking for him", while Rick says, "I have to keep trying. I won’t stop. I’m getting there, I’m getting home."

There is also a further look at Lost’s Terry O’Quinn, who joins the spin-off as new character Major General Beale, the CRM’s ruthless military leader. In the trailer, Beale is seen addressing his army – and killing a few zombies, of course.

The official synopsis for the franchise’s sixth spin-off reads: "The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live presents an epic love story of two characters changed by a changed world. Kept apart by distance. By an unstoppable power. By the ghosts of who they were.

"Rick and Michonne are thrown into another world, built on a war against the dead… And ultimately, a war against the living.

"Can they find each other and who they were in a place and situation unlike any they’ve ever known before? Are they enemies? Lovers? Victims? Victors? Without each other, are they even alive — or will they find that they, too, are the Walking Dead?"

The Walking Dead: The Ones Who Live will premiere on February 25 on AMC and AMC+ in the US. Its parent show can be streamed on AMC and Netflix in the US and STAR on Disney+ in the UK.
