Officers were in the area of High Road East in Felixstowe, east Suffolk, at around 5:30pm on Tuesday, when they witnessed a driver displaying antisocial driving.

Authorities say antisocial driving includes behaviour such as screeching handbrake turns, hard braking and engine revving.

Police then approached the driver and identified them before issuing a Section 59 notice which allows officers to order a person to stop driving or seize their vehicle.

The vehicle was then seized by police and the driver was handed a formal notice.

A spokesman for Suffolk police said: "This should be considered as a warning, particularly to young drivers in Suffolk, that driving in an anti-social manner will not be tolerated and positive action will be taken."
