One Al-Ittihad fan has not taken their Saudi Super Cup Final defeat well as he WHIPPED one of his side's flops.

The Saudi Pro League outfit. -where former Celtic star Jota has endured a torrid time since his £25million switch from the Scottish Premiership - faced rials Al-Hilal for the trophy. But Karim Benzema and co. were left empty handed after being thumped 4-1 in the showpiece occasion.

And striker Abderrazak Hamdallah bore the brunt of one furious fans' frustration. Despite actually drawing Al-Ittihad level on 21 minutes, Benzema's strike partner was targeted by the peeved off punter after he tried to douse the shouting supporter in water from his water bottle as he left the pitch. But in an incredible response, the fan pulled out a whip and went to town on the Al-Ittihad no. 99 from the stand. Hamdallah's teammates rushed in to pull him away to relative safety. One fellow fan pulled the whip brandisher away before stadium security descended, with the Al-Ittihad players visibly furious at what they'd just seen happen.
