Jason Momoa may have just fallen in love — with a motorcycle.
PEOPLE got an exclusive first look at the last episode of On the Roam season 1 (premiering Thursday on Max), in which viewers follow Momoa on his latest venture around the country to meet the skilled creators of things he loves. In the above clip, Momoa, a motorcycle enthusiast, shops around for a bike until the perfect match meets his eyes.
“Suddenly I see this one, and I just knew it was the one. An original paint Brough Superior,” he says as he walks over to admire the bike.
The Aquaman star then explains why finding a motorcycle like this was a once-in-a-lifetime experience.
“The thing about these bikes is that once you paint over them, that’s it. There’s no going back to the original. Finding one like this, beat up, but the real deal — it’s almost unheard of. It is so rare.”

As he sits on the bike and touches the Brough Superior logo, he reflects on how the motorcycle is likely 100 years old and has “seen” a lot. Letting out a laugh, the dad of two adds, “I’m going to be the first Hawaiian to ride a Brough.”
As the heartwarming scene comes to an end, the actor reveals, “I fell in love with that Brough, so I brought it back to L.A. to see if my friend Nick could get it running again.”
During an exclusive interview with PEOPLE in January, the Game of Thrones alum opened up about traveling to North Carolina to witness skilled motorcycle builders work on historic bikes. He ended up leaving with a custom built pastel pink bike based on an antique model. Even though it’s shiny and new, he told PEOPLE he’s not just keeping it as a collector’s item.
"I rode it yesterday. I’m gonna be riding it tomorrow out with my friends. It looks good, doesn't it?"
He also revealed how meaningful the cinematic docuseries — which has already been renewed for a second season — is to him.
"It’s me on the road and all the things that I love to do. And all the things I’ve never done in my life that I've wanted to do," he says.

He continues, "Each episode just evolves into its own thing. Some of them turn into therapy sessions. That’s the beauty of it. It’s very intimate and obviously, for me, it’s very revealing."
On the Roam is now streaming on Max.
