Yahoo News Watch: Richard Branson gives away hundreds of free cruises to passengers on flight
Sir Richard Branson has given away free cruises to passengers on a flight to Puerto Rico.
A passenger on the flight shared footage of Branson in a red suit announcing the giveaway over the plane’s loudspeaker.
Angela Evans, who appears to be a passenger, shared the clip on X, formerly Twitter, while on board the Delta flight from Atlanta to San Juan, Puerto Rico.
She wrote:

In a follow-up tweet, Delta said: “Cheers to being on a trip and already planning your next trip.”
In the clip, Sir Richard says: “I am pleased to say you have a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful cruise company that’s going to be operating out of Puerto Rico.”
“For everybody on the plane we are offering you a free cruise.”
The passengers erupt into screams and cheers of delight as Sir Richard adds that “all the staff too can get as free cruise”.
