Water Rushes From Bay Area Dams Amid California Rain

Water gushed from the Vasona Lake Dam in Los Gatos, California, on Monday, January 16, after heavy rainfall caused flooding in Bay Area waterways, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).

The NWS reported record-breaking rainfall in the Bay Area, tallying “the wettest 22-day period since January 14, 1862.”
