A waterspout wowed onlookers in Cuba on October 16, as the formation swirled over Cienfuegos Bay.
Local news outlet 5 de Septiembre said the phenomenon formed at around 4:50 pm Saturday, and lasted for about eight minutes. There were no reports of damage, the outlet said.
